Why We Train the Dummy:

Perfect Technique: The dummy acts as a constant reference point. It doesn't move, allowing you to perfect your angles and structure.
Full Body Power: You will learn to coordinate your entire body behind every movement, imparting incredible power to your strikes and blocks.
Mind Conditioning: Unlike the "flashy" speed seen in movies, real training is often done slowly. This hones your concentration and ensures power is applied correctly.
