While the first form (Siu Lim Tao) is the foundation, Chum Kiu is known as the Skill of Wing Chun. This phase teaches you how to move, close the distance, and take complete control of the fight.

Instant Response: Train your body to respond instinctively with deflections, traps, and counter-attacks the moment contact is made.
